1. Private Digital Utility & Liability

RecipeCart AI acts solely as a private digital utility for organizing your personal recipes. You retain full liability for any content you import, scan, scrape, or manually enter into your private library. RecipeCart AI does not claim ownership over your imported content and is not responsible for copyright infringement resulting from your private imports. You agree to use the web import and scanning tools only for content you have the legal right to store for personal use.

2. Community Publishing & Rights Waiver

By choosing to publish a recipe to the Community Discover feed, or by keeping the Auto-Publish feature enabled, you warrant that the recipe is either your original creation, an AI-generated creation, or a substantially modified version of a third-party recipe.

You grant RecipeCart AI a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to publicly display, distribute, and modify this content within the application. You waive any claims of infringement against RecipeCart AI for content you explicitly choose to make public.

3. Subscription & Pro Tier

RecipeCart AI Pro unlocks unlimited AI generation, cloud syncing, and advanced features. Subscriptions are billed automatically. You may cancel at any time through your device's native subscription management portal (e.g., Google Play).

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use RecipeCart AI to store or publish illegal, offensive, or harmful content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the AI generation quotas.
