Welcome to RecipeCart AI. By using the Android app or this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Private digital utility and liability

RecipeCart AI is a private digital utility for organizing personal recipes. You retain full liability for content you import, scan, or enter into your library. RecipeCart AI does not claim ownership of imported content and is not responsible for copyright infringement from private imports. Use import and scanning tools only for content you have the legal right to store for personal use.

2. Community publishing

By publishing a recipe to Community Discover, or by keeping Auto-Publish enabled, you warrant that the recipe is your original work, an AI-generated creation, or a substantially modified version of a third-party recipe.

You grant RecipeCart AI a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and modify that content inside the Service. You waive infringement claims against RecipeCart AI for content you choose to make public.

3. Subscription and Pro

RecipeCart AI Pro unlocks Magic Fridge, invent, meal planning, vision features, a higher monthly AI quota, and unlimited library storage. Quotas are not unlimited. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play. Cancel anytime in Google Play subscription settings. There is no Apple App Store listing today.

4. Prohibited conduct

Do not use RecipeCart AI to store or publish illegal, offensive, or harmful content. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse AI generation quotas.
